Award Winners Announced

The Germantown Kiwanis honored members with annual awards presented by Club Leadership to the following members:

The prestigious George F. Hixson Fellowship Award was presented to Paddy Harris.  Paddy was recognized for her many contributions to Kiwanis, especially her dedication to Destination Imagination.

The club honored Don Eye as Kiwanian of the Year for 2008-2009. Don's contributions include leading the Pancake Day effort, Maddona Learning Center, and his infamous "Thought of the Day" that closes each weekly meeting.

Outgoing President Sam Goff also honored Board Member of the Year with awards to Claude Vinson and Louise Bagby.

New Leaders Take Office:

Congratulations to: Steve Jackson, Rob Arline, and Tim Nicholson for their Election to the Board. And to Randy Lawson, Elizabeth Wojcik and Claude Vinson for their elections to be  officers for the 2010 year.
